The IMMF (International Music Managers Forum) in association with MMF Training and MMF Denmark presents a hard-hitting panel explaining their work and addressing a range of key questions:

- Music in the digital age - what is left for managers to negotiate?


Stuart Worthington
Stuart Worthington is a professional industry training consultant and business advisor with over twenty years experience. In 1995 he was appointed Head of Training and Education for the Music Manager’s Forum – the only professional trade association for artist managers in the commercial music industry. From 1999 to 2003 he was Project Manager of 'Manchester City Music Industry Network', an agency established to help facilitate the economic development of the independent music industry in Manchester. Following the formal constitution of the International Music Managers Forum (IMMF) at Midem 2003 Stuart was appointed Director of Capacity-Building, Business Support and Learning Programmes.

Jeasper Krøll
Jeasper started as a manager in 1996. He was a musician before studying economy, law and English at Copenhagen Business School. Co-founder of MMF Denmark and Danish representative at the IMMF Council. Has worked as a consultant for bands/solo artists at contract negotiations and freelance for Australian Music Week and Melbourne Int. Blues & Music Festival. Works as song pitcher/broker for publishing, film and TV in Europe, Japan and the US. Currently managing Kick The Kangaroo, The Garbo, Sascha Dupont and Vivid Suspense at Clockwize Management.


Carl Blom
Carl Blom is founder and CEO of Flagstone. Flagstone is primarily an entertainment business law firm representing producers and artists such as The Hives, The Soundtrack of Our Lives, The Cardigans, Division of Laura Lee, Silverbullit, In Flames and many others on an international basis. Carl Blom is also chairman of Music Managers Forum Sweden and lectures at Music Management Programs in Sweden.





Brian Nielsen
Brian is 39 years old and has been in the business since 1993. The first years he worked as a promoter, bringing international acts to Denmark and the rest of Scandinavia. In that period and till now he has also worked as an artist consultant for the biggest Danish festivals, amongst others Skanderborg Festival, Midtfyns festival etc. In 2000 Brian was asked to open up and head the Scandinavian department of The Agency Group. He recently left to form a new company SKANDINAVIAN, dealing with management, booking and events. Regarding management, Brian is working as co-manager for Kashmir (DK) as well as doing management consultancy for clients like Beth Hart and Kaizers Orchestra.
